How to Get Started
This

Prior to filing
you will need to do the following:

Step 3: Complete
Pre-Filing Credit Counseling
Section 11 U.S.C.
109(h) of the Bankruptcy Code now requires you complete credit counseling.
You may complete
credit counseling with either of the organizations listed below.
Credit counseling is provided via telephone and prior to your session
you'll complete and submit counseling forms either online or by
mail. After your telephone session, you'll receive a certificate
of completion
that you will need to forward to our office.
